The apartment consists of two bedrooms – one for guests and one for the owner – a bathroom with shower, and a spacious living area with a kitchenette, dining table and reading/TV corner. There are also two balconies: one used as a laundry area and the other set up as a tea room and plant conservatory.
Guests have access to the living room, kitchen (for light use), balconies and the shared condominium garden.
