The gallery was set up in 1999, with the aim of approaching an art work always with new eyes and with the enthusiasm of an archaeologist who brings back to life not only the work but also the culture and the emotions that are part of the work itself. For now the gallery presents historic artists of the twentieth century and recent artists, choosing also among those who are not the favorite ones in our current market, but it will also consider arts north of the Alps, looking at the European artistic scenario in the variety of its expressive forms, also the less common ones. This Socratic spirit might seem to be presumptuous, but it proves that we are aware that research relates to the people who do it, to their limits and also to… their fun
