"Our company focuses mainly on the production of vegetables - 70% of our 25 hectares is dedicated to the cultivation of vegetables. The rest is used for extensive crops. We care about producing high-quality seasonal products. We grow produce in greenhouses in spring and autumn and in open fields in summer.
We manage all the processes ourselves, from soil preparation to harvesting, and have chosen to protect our crops using integrated control.
In spring, we grow lettuces, courgettes, chicory, beets, strawberries, green beans, peas, broad beans, celery, radicchio, cabbage and fennel. In summer we have tomatoes, aubergines, peppers, melons and watermelons and in autumn we produce cardoon, local radicchio as well as trevigiano and di Chioggia, cauliflowers, kale and fennel".
