"Our family business was established in 1985 and is located in Livergnano, surrounded by the gentle Bologna hills on the edge of the Contrafforte Pliocenico natural reserve. We produce cheese - from the breeding of livestock to the processing of milk down to sales, which we manage directly.
Our work is based on our great love for animals and on the constant attention to the quality of our products. This has been our daily commitment for over thirty years, which also reflects our choice to sell our products directly.
In the beginning, we only bred sheep, while now we have Alpine Brown cows, which we feed traditionally with hay, grass and cereals.
Once collected, the milk is processed in the company's cheese factory by Vittoria Stanzani and made into cheese".
