"We are a small commercial farm located in the hill and mountain area of the Bologna Apennines surrounded by ancient chestnut woods.
The structure of the land encouraged us to cultivate niche organic products such as lavender, which in fact makes up most of our crops. We manage all stages from growth to processing - we harvest the lavender entirely by hand to maintain flower integrity and sell it fresh in bunches, dried or distilled to produce prestigious essential oils.
In addition, we have various ancient varieties of fruit trees and, in non-cultivated areas, spontaneous herbs grow which are perfect for making preserves and other products.
We also grow vegetables, which we use to make delicious pesto and patés".
