"The company, located in Monte San Pietro, was founded in 1972 by my father, Valentino Bovina. In the beginning, we only owned three hectares of vineyards, but the company has grown over the years and we now work 15 hectares of land both owned and rented. We implemented organic cultivation techniques in 2008 and, in 2016; we started the certification procedure thereby producing some of our wines organically with the intention of extending this philosophy to all our products. We are fully committed to make wines that convey the unique characteristics of our territory and our vineyards as accurately as possible".
