Cooking classes to learn professional cooking and to cook skilfully at home. Lessons to prepare food using the correct techniques of true Italian cooking, and to individualise one's own cooking style. Handmade pasta (with or without egg), the pasta filling, various dough, different flours, traditional dishes. The lesson is practical, participants prepare their menus in single workstations. Lessons last three hours and ends with lunch/dinner and wine so you can taste the food prepared and evaluate your cooking performance! You will learn menus (such as traditional/regional cuisine, vegetarian, gluten-free, low-fat, seasonal, 'surf and turf' menus). It is also possible to dedicate an additional lesson to select and shop for ingredients at a local market. Lessons are in English and Italian.
