Centro Natura offers courses and classes on Natural Cuisine, led since 2005 by Giuseppina Siotto, one of the cooks of the Bio-vegetarian Restaurant and the author of the book Vegetaliana - note di cucina italiana vegetale (Damster ed., 2014).
The courses are addressed to all those people wishing to approach or deepen their knowledge of vegetarian and vegan cuisine, including practitioners of traditional cuisine, with a focus on the preparations of the regional cuisine and the Italian gastronomic tradition.
Centro Natura offers the possibility to choose between different levels of teaching: basic courses, advanced courses and thematic classes. Each of them allows to know and become familiar with different types of organic fresh vegetable ingredients and grains, to practice the most appropriate techniques of cooking for each food, to know nutrients and energy principles which are the basis of the Natural Cuisine.
The courses are also addressed to foreigners and tourists who wish to acquire a more profound knowledge of Italian Cuisine based on organic and vegetable ingredients.
