On the occasion of the 150th anniversary of the death of Gioachino Rossini, restaurant al Pappagallo propose the menu inspired by the recipes of the great composer. A short concert with music by Gioachino Rossini, performed by the interpreters of the Opera School of the Teatro Comunale di Bologna, will precede the Rossini dinner.
