On the occasion of Mother's Day, FICO the Cesarine, Casa Artusi and Sfogliamo challenge the 2015 Expo record: making a 100 meter long pastry. From 11.00 you can watch the creation of the longest pastry in the world, with the formats and fillings linked to the most representative recipes of the territories of Italy. From 15 to 17: free educational workshops and shows into the Arena Theater.
