From 22nd to 24th March 2019, Palazzo Re Enzo will host the third edition of Cibò. So Good!, the most awaited food immersion of the season.
The Italian flavours will play the main role in the event: the specialties of traditional food and wine, the PDO, PGI, TYPICAL products and the sauces that, combined with pasta, have marked the history of Italian cuisine, recognised and appreciated world-wide. An edition full of surprises with the Mercato dei Sapori (Market of Flavours) and the Isole del Gusto (Islands of Taste), where the great gourmet plates will mingle with street food for the pleasure of the eyes and the palate of enthusiasts and connoisseurs. The new addition of the year will be the Gin Lounge, wholly dedicated to Italian gins. Don’t miss the kitchen courses for adults and children organised by Scuola di Gusto, the story-cooking events with the famous chefs and the guided tastings to the discovery of Italian food and wine excellence, all accompanied by events and shows.
