Partisan stories in the plains - Trekking along the paths of the Resistance

A walk that will take us to the heart of the local Resistance, starting from the natural beauty of the La Rizza Oasis and ending at the legendary Casone del Partigiano in Rubizzano (San Pietro in Casale), the historic outpost of the 2nd ‘Paolo’ Brigade, which organised the uprising of 22 April 1945 here. Along the way, a theatre company will give voice to the testimonies and stories of the partisans, transforming the landscape into an open-air stage. An opportunity to walk together in memory of those who fought for Liberation.

Finally, for those who wish, it will be possible to conclude the experience at the Oasi la Rizza Restaurant for lunch at a discounted price of €25, to be paid on site. Here is the proposed menu:

• Starter: Cream of Asparagus
• First course: Ricotta and parsley tortelli with butter and sage
• Second course: Lemon chicken strips OR (for vegetarians) Mixed vegetable and cheese balls with mayonnaise and yoghurt sauce
• Dessert: House cake
• Drinks: Water, 1/4 litre of house wine (Sangiovese or Trebbiano), coffee

If you are interested in lunch, after making your reservation, you will need to send an email to extrabo@bolognawelcome.it indicating the number of people who wish to have lunch and any special dietary requirements. This will allow us to reserve your place at the restaurant.
