With the arrival of summer, the journey through music from around the world returns to the International Museum and Library of Music, part of the Civic Museums Department of the Municipality of Bologna.
From July 21 to September 8, 2026, every Tuesday at 9:00 pm, the 15th edition of (s)Nodi Festival of Unusual Music will take place. The festival is designed for anyone wishing to enjoy live music in the city during the summer and discover lesser-known traditions connected with musical instruments and their sounds.
Eight artistic projects united by a strong focus on talent, creativity and the ability to combine different musical languages, giving rise to innovative and original performances.
This openness to cross-fertilisation, dialogue between styles and traditions, and the overcoming of conventional musical categories has always been the defining feature of (s)Nodi Festival of Unusual Music. Over the years, this identity has strengthened the festival’s reputation and attracted the interest of musicians from around the world.
