Tribute to Tosti with Beppe Vessicchio

On Saturday, February 21, at the Teatro Comunale Laura Betti, the concert Tribute to Tosti will take place.

The concert will be a homage to the elegance and poetry of Francesco Paolo Tosti’s compositions, one of the greatest masters of the Italian salon song. His music has endured through the centuries, from the 18th century to the present day, thanks also to the famous interpretations by Luciano Pavarotti, who made unforgettable pieces like “Marechiare” and “A’ Vucchella” beloved in his concerts and moved many generations.

The concert will offer a refined journey through the melodies that made Tosti’s repertoire immortal, reinterpreted with the sensitivity and skill of the orchestra’s strings, enriched by unique arrangements and conducted by Maestro Beppe Vessicchio.

Joining the Maestro on stage will be soprano Eva Macaggi and Francesco Lucii.
