The Gran Ballo dell'Unità d'Italia event returns with its 28th edition in Bologna's Piazza Carducci on May 26.
Organized by Bologna8cento APS, in collaboration with the Museo civico del Risorgimento of the Bologna Civic Museums Sector and the Bologna Committee of the Institute for the History of the Italian Risorgimento.
The Grand Ball of the Unification of Italy is part of “Viaggiatrici all'ombra dei portici. Facts and events in nineteenth-century Bologna,” a historical reenactment that is part of the Emilia-Romagna Region's Historical Reenactments calendar.
