Gilda - Nel gioco del Duca | Baby BoFe’

On Sunday 25 October 2026, the Oratorio San Filippo Neri presents Gilda - Nel gioco del Duca, as part of Baby BoFe’.

Loosely inspired by Rigoletto, this adaptation of Verdi’s opera transforms the world of the Mantuan court into a colourful board game in which the Duke becomes the Master who sets the rules, sometimes strange and unfair. Gilda, the beloved daughter of the court jester Rigoletto, is the protagonist of this “game of life and feelings”, the original MantovCity. On stage, audiences will see a brave young girl learning to make her own choices and follow her own path freely. With lightness and imagination, the whole audience is involved: singing, playing and discovering, through music, something more about themselves and others.
