FLUID GENRES – A Dialogue Between Dance and Live Music

On Tuesday, 23 June 2026, the MUVet in Bologna presents FLUID GENRES – A Dialogue Between Dance and Live Music.

A group of young dancers will meet musician Luca Bernard (double bass) in a workshop curated by MUVet, creating a dialogue between sound, movement, and architecture.
Set in the cloister of the Museum of Music, participants will explore listening and interaction between artistic languages and the urban landscape, giving rise to an original and spontaneous weave of gestures and sounds.
The audience will be invited to watch the music and listen to the dance, discovering within the silences and suspended movements a dynamic tableau that unfolds through the process of improvisation.
