Dal:um - s(Nodi) 2023

“(s)Nodi” goes as far as Korea for the first time with the duo “Dal:um”, whose literal meaning is 'continue to pursue something' and conveys the passion for music. Two heavy acoustic stringed instruments. A dialogue between traditional and experimental practices. Two musicians who met in 2018 for the first time in the Seoul Metropolitan Youth Traditional Music Ensemble, of which they are still part. Although both had played traditional Korean music since their childhood, upon meeting they discovered a shared desire to extend the techniques and boundaries of their instruments and to develop their own distinctive repertoire.

The event is part of (s)Nodi - the festival of unusual music scheduled every Tuesday evening from 25 July to 12 September 2023, dedicated to those who want to experience summer listening to live music.
