On Friday, 6 March 2026, at 9:00 p.m. at the Teatro Bellinzona in Bologna, Stefano Fucili and the band Piazza Grande will perform in the Concerto Omaggio a Lucio Dalla (Tribute Concert to Lucio Dalla).
A few days before the anniversary of his birth, Lucio's music returns home.
Since 2012, the Piazza Grande project has been travelling across Italy, bringing the repertoire of the Bolognese genius to theatres and squares with a unique approach: respect, rigour and authenticity.
The concert, a preview of the 2026 tour, is not simply a tribute, but a living narrative conceived by Stefano Fucili, a singer-songwriter produced by Lucio Dalla in the late 1990s and co-author with him of the song “Anni Luce” (featured on the album Luna Matana).
On stage, a band of extraordinary musicians will accompany the evening, enriched by the presence of actor Fabrizio Bartolucci. Thanks to his readings, we will relive the anecdotes and stories that Lucio loved to share during his concerts and interviews, transforming the evening into a real party among friends.
On stage alongside Fucili and Bartolucci will be: Tommy Baldini (guitars); Danilo Lovino (keyboards and backing vocals); Roberto Pannoni (bass); Luca Giovanni: drums
Lucio's guests and long-time collaborators: Marcello Balestra: long-time collaborator, alongside Lucio for many years, backbone of Pressing, Dalla's record label, author of the book “Lucio C'è”; Paolo Piermattei: singer-songwriter and, for several years, Lucio's editorial collaborator and co-author for Pressing; Stefano Scartocci: extraordinary pianist and curator of all the transcriptions of Dalla's official scores; Vito D'Eri: Lucio's “official” lookalike painter and decorator.
