A sextet conceived by the club’s artistic direction and made up of young jazz musicians from the Bologna scene.
Their writing is free and unrestrained, a concept that translates into playful execution for musicians whose hallmark is a modern, fresh, and contemporary jazz style, rich in influences yet free from unnecessary stereotypes.

Logan Richardson “Blues People”
Logan Richardson is one of the most distinctive and relevant voices in today’s jazz. This project moves along a fluid boundary between jazz, blues, soul, and avant-garde, always maintaining a strong sense of expressive urgency. Richardson’s instrumental voice is intense, lyrical, and sharp at the same time—a sonic narrative that speaks of identity, memory, and transformation. Surrounding him, a band of young musicians adds depth and substance to the project.

“Dear Franco” – Tribute to Franco Cerri
A tribute to the music of historic Italian guitarist Franco Cerri, performed by musicians who shared the stage with him for many years. A journey into the musical world of this great artist, not only through his compositions but also through his interpretations of works by other great authors. The organ trio lineup recalls the cool sounds of the 1950s–60s. For selected vocal pieces, the trio is joined by the voice of Irene Burratti.

Michele Corcella & Scenario Ensemble
Conceived by Michele Corcella together with the artistic direction of Cantina Bentivoglio, this ensemble is designed as a permanent residency based at the historic jazz club. On stage are leading names from the Italian jazz scene alongside emerging young talents. A defining feature of the project is the continuous writing of new compositions, presented at each concert, allowing audiences to experience world premieres every time.

The compositions serve as launch pads toward unexplored harmonic trajectories, guiding listeners to new and fascinating sonic worlds.

Saverio Zura Quintet – “Headbanging”
Headbanging is a project by Saverio Zura, a quintet featuring musicians of recognized talent from the Italian scene. The original compositions move freely across genres, combining the energy of heavy rock, the harmonies of contemporary jazz, and free improvisation. Winner of the 5th edition of the “Isio Saba Award for Creativity and Innovation in Jazz Music,” the group will release a new album on 27 February 2026.
