So far our way of dressing has been a question of culture, pleasure and identity. From now on it is also a question of SUSTAINABILITY. The dress we wear speaks of Us, but also of Those People who produced it, and of the Planet we inhabit. Changing clothes is a concrete way to fight against environmental unsustainability, climate change (the clothing industry is the second biggest world’s polluter), the exploitation of workers, migrations caused by insufficient wages... RIVESTITI-TERRA EQUA (at the eighth edition, an average of 15,000 visitors each year) is the opportunity to meet producers and artisans who combine quality, originality and aesthetics with respect for environmental and social criteria. A better world is also achieved by choosing what we wear, and RIVESTITI-TERRA EQUA shows that it is possible to do so even by changing our t-shirt. An opportunity to see, touch, learn, meet, have fun, with workshops for young people too.
