Thematic event in a suggestive historical re-enactment frame inside the Civic Archaeological Museum in Monterenzio; with Claudio Cavallotti, the cook of history. 4.30 pm tour with archaeologist to the Etruscan-Celtic settlement of Monte Bibele (meeting at the Monte Bibele Service Center) 6.00 pm Guided tour with archaeologist at the "L. Fantini" Civic Archaeological Museum in Monterenzio. 7:00 pm "Matilde di Canossa" conference by Dr. Danilo Morini, medieval historian and member of the Historical Commission of the A.E.R.R.S. 8.00 pm "The foods of Matilde di Canossa" menu by Claudio Cavallotti, the cook of History; themed dinner in a suggestive historical re-enactment setting at the Museum, in collaboration with the Ca 'di Brenno Association and the participation of the historical re-enactment group "The company of the silver flower". Menu Vivanda di pesce con salsa verde. Le prime lasagne. Coppo (torta) di carne di porco e altre carni. Spinaci al profumo di spezie. Frittelle di pomi. Vino ippocratico. Pan buffetto.
