The 16th edition of the Festival Francescano will be held in Bologna from September 26 to 29, with the theme "Through Wounds", in reference to the stigmata received by St. Francis 800 years ago.
The Festival will offer a profound reflection on the wounds and pain present in today's world, drawing inspiration from the historical, spiritual and revolutionary figure of St. Francis and his universal message.
More than 100 meetings, initiatives, book presentations and stage events will animate the Festival Francescano 2024, which will take place, as always, in the evocative setting of Piazza Maggiore, in the heart of Bologna.
