Bologna
Wine, Art and Taste is a food and wine event developed in 4 stages and dedicated to the Emilia-Romagna territory. Each evening four wines will be tasted, accompanied by a musician and local gastronomic products. Slow Food producers will be present, presented by Leila Salimbeni, journalist and food and wine critic
The four stages will be:
- Saturday 20 April - Bologna: the bucolic Colli Bolognesi, with the products of the countryside, their wine in four interpretations and the folklore of Ivan Di Dia on violin.
- Saturday 27 April - Modena and Reggio: the urbanity of Lambrusco. Airy and spontaneous wines to be appreciated with the artefacts of the Emilian territory and together with the flute tunes of Clara Cocco.
- Saturday 4 May 2024 - Imola: an underrated great white, always up-to-date and always at ease, Albana. Accompanying it, Maestro Giancarlo Aquilini's piano and a basket of fruit and vegetables.
- Saturday 11 May 2024 - Romagna: a land of the Riviera, close to the Apennines, where Sangiovese, a lyrical and profound grape variety like Luca Piazzi's trumpet, lives, and the Romagna table, suspended between the countryside and the sea.
