San Giorgio di Vino

Saturday 9 and Sunday 10 May 2026, in the historic center of San Giorgio di Piano (BO), San Giorgio di Vino returns.

Now in its fifth edition, San Giorgio di Vino is a wine event featuring tasting stands set up under the arcades of the historic center of San Giorgio di Piano.

More than 60 wineries and winemakers from all over Italy (and beyond): a wine fair with the opportunity to purchase quality wines directly from producers, discover new wineries, and explore many new offerings. A rich food selection will also be available to suit all tastes.

Saturday 9 and Sunday 10 May

• Artisan crafts market
• Guided tastings with AIES Master Sommeliers – 4 wines tasted in each session

Sunday 10 May

• SANGIORG10TEN, 9:00 am – amateur running race starting and finishing in Piazza Indipendenza, proceeds go to charity
• Farmers’ market featuring local producers, in Piazza Trento Trieste
• Salami Competition from 3:00 pm (Via Libertà 35, portico in front of the Town Hall), with many participants and an expert jury that will decide the winner and final ranking

As in previous editions, the event will support charitable projects in the San Giorgio di Piano area.
