THE WHITE TRUFFLE OF SAVIGNO
On the occasion of the 38th International White Truffle Festival, for four weekends our restaurant will have the White Truffle as the only protagonist for a unique experience. Let yourself be captivated by the scents and taste..... Treat yourself to the Truffle, a product sculpted in our land. Our choice is the quality of the raw material only, without any artificial flavours, oils and truffle butters. Carefully selected and local truffles provide exclusivity to the dishes of our restaurant.
LUNCH
With our dishes we want to tell you about our territory, from the selection of the best raw materials to their preparation. The hostess of the restaurant, "Chef Anna Amato", offers a genuine cuisine with great flair, passing from Emilia to Sicily, with heart and soul she offers the experience of a life dedicated to cooking. The restaurant "La Bottega Del Macellaio" also exclusively uses express cooking. Therefore, each dish is prepared at the moment and in accordance with tradition.
