On October 4th, from 11.30 am to 9.45 pm, RistoAsssociazione tOur-tlen is back at Palazzo Re Enzo with the XI edition of "Festival del Tortellino".
21 chefs will be proposing 21 different ways to prepare the king of Emilian cooking "il tortellino": from the traditional tortellini with broth to the most creative recipes with the flavor of the sea or the mountains, from autumn scents to those inspired by other Italian and non-Italian cities.
