Festival Filosofia (Philosophy Festival)

The festivalfilosofia, staged from 13 to 15 September in the cities of Modena, Carpi and Sassuolo, is one of the most eagerly awaited cultural events in the Modena area.

Set up in open, communal and diffuse spaces, the programme features keynote lectures by protagonists of the Italian and international cultural scene, with each edition articulating a keyword that refers to fundamental issues of philosophical discussion and crucial experiences of the contemporary condition.

Alongside the lectures, exhibitions and installations, live performances and concerts, games and workshops, films and philosophical dinners animate the squares and courtyards, historic centres and monumental sites where residents and visitors can share access to knowledge and situations of dense relationships.

The theme of the 2024 edition is 'psyche'.
