Enrico Scaglia - photography exhibition

Until 19 March 2026, the Wikairte Gallery in Galleria Falcone e Borsellino 2D in Bologna is exhibiting the photographic works of artist Enrico Scaglia.

Faithfulness to technique and process underlies the creation of photographic shots whose analogue rigour brings out the poetry of time. Contrasting with the immediacy of the digital process, space and time, equally shaped by light, are captured and take on their original meaning in analogue photography.

Enriched by the use of silver salt printing, which guarantees the original and unaltered charm of black and white photography, Enrico Scaglia, originally from Veneto and now living in Trieste, outlines a distinctive style marked by slow and careful craftsmanship, whose poetics, backed by solid technical mastery, affirms the primacy of the unrepeatable nature of the moment.
