The fantastic creatures illustrated in Ulisse Aldrovandi's "Monstrorum historia" merge and overlap with the truthful teratological preparations preserved in the “Alessandrini - Ercolani" Collection of Anatomical Pathology and Veterinary Teratology.
The intention of exhibition is to accompany the visitor on a journey through the fundamental chapters of teratology.
