Bologna
Protagonists of Enologica 2018 are the producers, consortia and wineries which are featuring Emilia Romagna wines, from Piacenza to Rimini, turning a little in Ferrara area as well. The narration of a whole territory is enriched by many events, debates, tasting sessions. Among the many initiatives: show cooking, the wine lists award “Carta Canta”, and the “Panino d'Autore” (the Author Sandwich) by chef Daniele Reponi.
