The Sound Of Magic | Disney Concerts

Two special events signed by Disney Concerts: The Sound Of Magic – NATIONAL PREMIERE - scheduled for December 2nd and 3rd, 2023 at the EuropAuditorium Theater, powered by Calma Management, EuropAuditorium Theater, Teatro Comunale di Bologna, and Fonoprint Studios.

The events are part of Disney Concerts, the division of Disney Music Group, the musical branch of The Walt Disney Company, which produces concerts and tours and licenses Disney musical and visual content to symphony orchestras and organizers worldwide.

For the first time in Italy, The Sound of Magic will celebrate the centenary of the birth of The Walt Disney Company at the theater. The show will feature the participation of the Orchestra of Teatro Comunale di Bologna performing live the music that serves as the soundtrack to scenes from famous animated films, which will be projected in high definition on the big screen.

On the podium, conductor Thiago Tiberio, now one of the most important composers and directors of music for films. At the center, the memorable soundtracks and significant moments from Disney feature films, such as Frozen, Alice in Wonderland, Cinderella, Sleeping Beauty, Aladdin, Beauty and the Beast, Peter Pan.
The Sound of Magic benefits from a prestigious team consisting of creative director Amy Tinkham, musical director Giles Martin, and arranger/orchestrator Ben Foster.
