Remuntada is Xhuliano Dule's third comedy show. Three years after An Asymptomatic Albanian, he returns to Teatri di Vita to tell the story of a loser, an outsider, a misfit whose life has been spent trying to make a comeback. But winning, after all, is not always a blessing.

Pyrrhus, the legendary King of Epirus, famously defeated the Romans in several battles only to lose the war in the end. Sometimes victory itself can become a curse, while knowing how to lose is the greatest form of liberation.

Xhuliano Dule is an Italian-Albanian comedian, writer and performer. Born in Elbasan and raised in the Veneto region of Italy, he studied Economics and Political Science (at Bocconi University and Sciences Po) before leaving a career in international institutions to devote himself to writing and stand-up comedy. His work blends autobiography, social satire and dark humour, exploring themes such as identity, migration, power and marginalisation with wit and irony. He performs in leading comedy clubs and theatres across Italy and abroad, in three languages, and has appeared on programmes including Comedy Central, Propaganda Live and RTSH, establishing himself as one of the most distinctive voices of the new generation of comedians.
