The Festival program is very rich with a lot of appointments and events. Starting from the retrospective that celebrates Abel Ferrara and that will take him to Porretta to hold a masterclass and receive Awardfor his career (Saturday 14). December 6th, 2019 25 years after the death of Gian Maria Volonté, one of the great actors of Italian and world cinema, iconic image of the 2019 Festival, to which a photographic exhibition with material from the National Film Library of Rome is also dedicated. The traditional "Concorso Fuori Dal Giro", which brings to Porretta, a selection of films presented by the directors or actors. The Italian premiere of the film "Dance again with me Heywood!" by Michele Diomà with the participation of Oscar winner James Ivory.
