Wednesday, February 4, 2026, at 9:00 p.m., the Teatro Bibiena in Sant’Agata Bolognese will host the performance Al clima non ci credo (“I Don’t Believe in Climate Change”), starring Mario Tozzi and Lorenzo Baglioni.
Why do people refuse to recognize climate change? Perhaps because, for years, we have comforted ourselves with invented stories, convenient myths, and reassuring hoaxes: “Humans have nothing to do with it,” “There’s still ice,” “Seasons have always changed,” “It’s a conspiracy by the lobbies,” “Global warming is over.” Tozzi and Baglioni have decided to take the stage to dismantle them one by one.
Mario Tozzi, geologist and researcher at Italy’s National Research Council (CNR), has long dedicated his work to raising awareness about responsible human behavior as a key to protecting the planet from the catastrophic effects of environmental exploitation.
Lorenzo Baglioni (born 1986) is a singer, actor, and mathematician who has brought together these three talents in a unique vocation: simplifying complex topics through humor and music—as he did with Il Congiuntivo, the song he presented at the Sanremo Festival in 2018.
From their collaboration was born the idea of combining their respective strengths in science communication to address one of the most urgent crises of our time: climate change.
