What does the word mother mean? Is it necessary to be a woman in order to be a mother? Does being a mother involve taking a decision? Whose decision is that? In the wake of this new global feminist trend, where the right to decide when and how to become a mother is strongly challenged, Europe-based Argentinian director Lola Arias, after the success of her Atlas des Kommunismus, invites to the stage a group of people of different ages, professions and social classes to investigate the subject of maternity through words, music and actions.
