In Piazza with Marino

On Saturday 21 February 2026, from 11:00 am to 6:00 pm, "In piazza con Marino" returns to the Crescentone in Piazza Maggiore.

As every year, Fondazione Golinelli brings the heart of the city to life with a day of experiences, discoveries, and creativity open to everyone. Now in its fourth edition, the event celebrates the figure of Marino Golinelli — philanthropist, entrepreneur, researcher, and arts enthusiast — transforming the square into a large participatory space filled with workshops, interactive stations, and art and science performances designed to engage both adults and children. The initiative is free of charge.

The 2026 edition is intertwined with the exhibition I Preferiti di Marino. Capitolo II – Opus Mundi, on display at the Centro Arti e Scienze Golinelli from 6 February to 28 June 2026: an invitation to explore the wonder of the world in its most surprising connections. A moment of sharing, curiosity, and fun, where science, technology, and art find space and voice, guiding participants on an exciting journey through ideas, imagination, and participation.
