Fram Cafè is one of the few Bio-Veg Bistrots (Organic-Vegan) in town. It opened in 2003 and was renovated in 2014. The atmosphere is north-European and cosmopolitan thanks to the reclaimed furniture and a cheerful, ethical approach to healthy diet. The day at Fram starts with a lavish 100% BIO breakfast to please every palate. If you love the typical Italian breakfast you’ll find cappuccino, also available in its green version, accompanied with the best BIO-VEG ‘croissanterie’ in the city. The informal lunch offers seasonal food prepared with local biological products , as listed on the big blackboard. You can taste the BIO-VEG assorted plate of the day or the soups, the fresh salads, sweet cakes and savoury pies, the vegetarian carpaccio ,the vegetarian burgers and much more. In the afternoon you can enjoy flavoured herb teas and delicious cakes, served until before dinner time, or taste craft beer and healthy spritz …dinner time brings in a special ambience: flavoured water in jugs , soft background music and tealight candles.
