Bio’s Kitchen Bologna is not only a place for those who love vegetarian food, but also for those who look for traditional tastes, with special care for allergies and food intolerance issues.
The dishes offered by the chefs Marco Bonardi and Pier Giorgio Parini are all prepared with certified organic ingredients, mostly vegetables and cereals, but also fish and meat. Bio’s Kitchen’s culinary offer is based on high quality raw materials, which are handled with care and artistry: for lunch, it is possible to choose between a buffet with 40 different vegetarian dishes (price is calculated based on weight, in order to avoid food waste) and a selection of à la carte suggestions.
The dinner menu is rich and it offers vegetarian and traditional dishes, together with the pizzeria choices, with pizzas that are made with ancient Romagna’s wheat flour, spelt flour or kamut, leavened for 48 hours.
