Bologna
Terre Rare was founded in Bologna in 1995 by Rosa Biagi and Elisabetta Rizzoli, still the current owners. Starting as a gallery dedicated to Contemporary Ceramics Art, it has also developed - since 1997 - a specific interest in Research Jewellery, same time as for new forms of expression in Painting. Over time, Terre Rare has expanded its horizons to everything that is innovative in the field of Applied Arts, with selection criteria based on the same two essential factors: the uniqueness of the artworks and the originality in research and design by individual authors. For each area solo or theme exhibitions are organized.
