Historical-documentary exhibition, guided exhibition visits, and guided city walks are part of the series "La razza nemica. Teoria e pratica dell’antisemitismo fascista a Bologna" / The ‘enemy race’. Theory and practice of Fascist antisemitism in Bologna, organized for the 80 years of racial laws in Italy by Archivio di Stato di Bologna, in partnership with the Associations “Il Chiostro dei Celestini. Amici dell’Archivio di Stato di Bologna” and “Rabisch”. Additional support is provided by Comune di Bologna, Comunità ebraica di Bologna, Fondazione Memoria della Deportazione, Fondazione campo Fossoli. The event is part of Bologna Estate 2018, the summer activity program promoted and coordinated by Comune di Bologna. For the guided city walk, a minimum contribution of 5 euros is required, to be collected prior to departure. The sponsoring associations are non-profit. All contributions are used toward the conservation and presentation of documents preserved by the Archivio di Stato di Bologna. The guided visits to the exhibition and the guided walking tours by Achille Castaldo (Duke University), are available both in Italian and in English.
