"Our company was established in 2010 thanks to the commitment and determination of its partners. Le Vagliaghe is an ambitious project that is ever-evolving and improving.
The idea of rediscovering old flavours and products through typical “grandma recipes” that are often only passed on orally and risk getting lost led us to creating bakery products using exclusively our own raw materials.
We manage the entire wheat production process - from sowing to harvesting and down to milling. We sell bakery products, most of which were almost forgotten: bread with potatoes or nuts, bread with sourdough starter, zuccherini montanari, biscuits and cakes. Everything without using preservatives.
We associated wheat with the production of Patate di Montese, as the quality mark follows a strict production standard".
