Il Piacere del Gusto is a shop that makes handmade fresh pasta. We have a lab where all the cutting boards are located in front of the shop windows, so that tourists and pedestrians can see every process of our work. We make different types of pasta, from Bologna's classics (tortellini, tagliatelle, tortelloni, lasagne) to original ravioli with different shapes and filling suitable for every event and festivities (Halloween's Tortelloni, Valentine's Hearts and many others).
This year we give extra space to innovations, organizing lessons addressed to amateurs on Mondays and Thursdays from 3:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m., booking compulsory. Our main course is based on Sfoglia techniques from the dough making to its modelling (only with rolling pin!). The course is divided into 3 weekly meetings of three hours each, for a total of 9 hours. But if you don't have so much free time or if you are staying in Bologna for just few days, you can also choose a single specific lesson between our list of single courses (how to make tortellini or how to make tagliatelle and so on...). At the end of the course you will receive a certificate of attendance perfect for your travel souvenirs. The cherry on top is that you can take home everything you will produce to show your friends that the best dishes are those prepared with love but most of all with your hands.
