Cooking in Italy was started by a close-knit team of professionals, each one with a specific background: from the nutritionist to the chef, from the “sfoglina” (pasta lady) to the sensorial analysis expert, all sharing the goal of allowing visitors to discover Emilia-Romagna through itineraries blending gastronomy with culture and history.
Cooking courses Cooking is an excellent way to learn about a land, its traditions and roots. Dishes allow you to embark on a virtual trip back in time, going through the history of our region and its people. All our cooking courses are hands-on: eachparticipant is given a working station withingredients and tools so that he/she can follow the teacher’s instructions step by step. Traditional hand-rolled pasta, tigelle andgnocco fritto, confectionery, pizza, breadmaking… we can create any kind of courseaccording to time availability, number of participants and culinary interests. When thecourse is over, we usually gather together for ameal, sharing the results of our work andenjoying local products.
