The tourist farm’s restaurant area was skilfully and carefully made by renovating an old stall and an overlooking hayloft dating back to the late Nineteenth Century. In this background guests can appreciate the good-wholesome cooking, which draws its inspiration from the products of the land. You can rediscover the tastes of traditional cooking by serving delicious, healthy dishes, which perfectly and innovatively express the culinary tradition of the lands on the plain, whilst remaining closely tied to the seasonal nature of the crops.
All of our dishes are exclusively homemade, like our breads, which can be tasted fresh from the oven, topped with delicious local cold cut and cheeses. We also suggest you to try the farm’s own wholesome vegetable production, like: panbrioche with sage, tortelloni stuffed with borage, batter fried sage flowers and leaves, fillet kebab with rosemary, balm ricecake... The Santissima Trinità prides itself on its excellent hospitality and food.
