Emporio Armani Ristorante in Bologna welcomes Francesco Mazzi and Michele Brogioni, Resident Chefs of the Armani/Restaurants in Tokyoand New York respectively for an exclusive six-hand dinner focused around white truffle.
A single event for a unique collaboration featuring a just as unique menu, created combining the creativity and styles of three different cuisines, reunited in Bologna for the first time: the guest chefs will sign the entrée and second course, leaving the focus of the evening on an iconic Bologna first course. Dishes created by the three chefs will open and close the evening.
The common thread of the menu is the shared loyalty to Italian cuisine, made of ingredients of the highest quality and real flavours, a philosophy shared by the entire cuisine found in Armani restaurants all over the world.
During this special evening, Italian identity will be further exalted thanks to a prestigious ingredient, white truffle from Valsamoggia offered by Appennino Food.
