Since its opening night at the Arena di Verona in 2013, ROMEO E GIULIETTA. Ama e cambia il mondo has toured Italy up until February 2016, gathering 31 dates in 20 different cities for a whole of 332 shows and an audience of 850.000. In February 2015, it crossed the Italian border to stage 13 shows at the Zorlu Center in Istanbul (Turkey), where it won over an audience of 18.000 and received standing ovations after each performance. The show came back with 8 additional performances to the Zorlu Center of Istanbul in November 2015, immediately becoming a success in Turkey. ROMEO E GIULIETTA. Ama e cambia il mondo has also achieved international recognition. The Italian production won 4 OSCAR DEL MUSICAL: BEST BIG SHOW (David and Clemente Zard); BEST COREOGRAPHY (Veronica Peparini); BEST COSTUMES (Frédéric Olivier) and the WEB PRIZE.
