From December 10th, 2016 to February 9th, 2017 Palazzo d'Accursio, Sala d'Ercole hosts the exhibition Carlo Corsi. Luce e colore 1879-1966. About sixty works by the artist Carlo Corsi coming from the Fondazione Cassa di Risparmio in Bologna, the MAMbo - Museo d'Arte Moderna in Bologna and from private collections will be on display. The exhibit is curated by Stella Ingino.
In addition to the works by Corsi four works will be exposed by artists of the Accademia di Belle Arti di Bologna selected by the teachers of the respective courses, through different medium, in order to compare themselves on one of the favorite themes by Carlo Corsi: the female figure in the contemporary world. Through a paper and online voting (on the facebook page of the Association) people will indicate their preference for one of the four works. The work that will get the most votes will be exposed in the next exhibition of the Associazione Bologna per le Arti at Palazzo D'Accursio dedicated to Salvatore Nocera (May-July 2017) and donated to Comune di Bologna.
