Ballo 1890_natura morta

«A modest look at the artwork of painter Giorgio Morandi». The play is a choreographic score and the main characters are citizens, dancers and emotional amateurs, aged from 11 to 80. A restless body movement leaves traces of ruins on the floor: still life stands as an archeological mark of movement. It's a journey into the proliferation of movement, into the light and shadow of the figure, throughout a composition of pauses: still life suspends the sense of gesture toward the human questioning of time and duration.
