For the centenary of the end of the First World War, Gruppo Unipol and Musica Insieme present "1914-1918: La Grande Guerra - Versi di trincea", three evenings at the Unipol Auditorium of Bologna for three great European poets who lived in first person the horrors of that conflict. Next to the poems, read by Vittorio Franceschi, among the most appreciated Italian actors by audience and critics, the music that is closer to the universe of each poet. Inauguration with the verses of Giuseppe Ungaretti, who, from the trenches of the Karst, testified the horror of the First World War. Music: Casella's War Pages, a sonic fresco of the First World War, alongside Schoenberg's and Bach's music, the most beloved composer by Ungaretti.
